Freedom Activities CIC is a not-for-profit organisation that provides a variety of recreational sports and games for participants of all ages.
Children's activities include a menu of fun, inclusive, adapted, sports sessions enabling individuals of all ages to build friendships, break down barriers to physical activity and create confidence for every-day life. Adult sessions include Young at Heart fitness class and walking sports and games sessions. All attendees will experience an inclusive uplifting and empowering sports and exercise session within a safe environment, free from prejudice and high expectations linked to competitive sports. Taking part in non-competitive sports and games can improve both physical and mental well being as well as being fun! |
